Can someone help me? I've tried the DV lottery for 3 years now & I didn't get selected at all. I have an Associates degree & I just don't know what's going on.. is it just based on luck?

I didn't get selected today.. What are the chances of me being selected since I wasn't selected at noon?

I tried for 5 years and I just won yesterday. I didn't believe I will be selected because I always got disappointed but now I am a believer now. All I will say is keep trying till you get lucky.

I have been trying for 13 years and i finally got so keep trying, keep trying....
I did loosed all hope and then this year i got it.
Not much you can do unless you are illegible for an other kind of visa .
