must I use native citizenship to apply for DV lottery, is it o to use naturalized one

I have 3 questions related to green card lottery application

a) If I have two citizenship from two different countries (Both are eligible for green card application) -one native citizenship and the other, naturalized apparently, can I apply green card lottery using my naturalized citizenship?
b) If I renounce my native citizenship, can I use my naturalized citizenship to apply for green card lottery?
c) If I must renounce my native citizen (native country does not allow dual citizenship) then can I use my naturalized citizenship to apply for green card lottery?
