Let's say I am in a non-eligible country.

And I marry someone from an eligible country.

Does that double by odds of winning the Diversity Lottery...?

Or not?

If you were born in a country that makes you ineligible for the diversity lottery, your chances of winning the lottery is zero.

If your spouse is eligible and wins, you get to follow along.

But your math is wrong in thinking that your odds of winning has doubled by having your spouse apply.
