Selected in DV 2016 - Question about DS-260

I applied and won based on the country I was born in. I no longer have citizenship in this country.

I answered the questions on DS-260 as follows:
Country/Region of Birth: Country I was born in
Country/Region of Origin (Nationality): Country where I have citizenship
Other Country/Region of Origin (Nationality): Country I was born in

I already submitted the form. The confirmation page only showed my nationality and not my country of birth that I applied with. Were my answers correct?
