One of my parents is applying for a GC. They were born before birth certificates used to be issued in India.
I have noted the documentation that would be needed @ https://www.immihelp.com/birth-certi...us-green-card/.
The issue is a little complicated by the fact the parent was also adopted by her aunt, and the adopter parents are listed in the passport.
Is there anyone aware of what kind of documentation would be needed to satisfy the birth and parent proofs?
