DV2016 won, didn't receive KCC notification, should I post my application?

I won the DV 2016 and submitted DS260 but didn't receive a mail, email or anything, although when I finished DS260 it said you are done with KCC and follow your application with USCIS, my visa number will be current on october, should I just go ahead and file my I-485 anyway?
I also emailed KCC and they told me I have to get back to USCIS and KCC won't send me anything else because they received my DS-260 and I"m done there.

Any advice is highly appreciated.

DV lottery 2016 Adjustment of status

Hey, i have similar kind of problem, I submitted my I-485 and they sent me a appointment date for the bio-metrics, which I did 2 weeks ago. I have not heard anything back from the USCIS. My case number was for October 2016. Did you get any updates?
