  • Really tricky & brainteaser case

    Hi everyone.
Here is my really tricky case.

I'm holding two citizenships: Russian and Cuban.
I still afraid to describe all the hell I passed but finally:
    - I was paroled as Cuban citizen under CAA (Cuban Adjustment Act)
    - I already got SSN and work auth
    - After one year of staying here in US I can apply for Green Card legally (I can apply in the end of January 2017)
    - With parole I can't leave US to anywhere before I will get Green Card

    My case is:
    - I have girlfriend in Russia with small child (I'm not father of this child)
    - She's not married
    - She never was in US
    - We want to live together

    My question is:
How can I bring her here?

I'm not expect step-by-step instructions but I really need advice to choose the way to dig.

    Bless you all.
    Thank you.

So sorry, you can't! She is not family or relative.
The only option is to marry her and petition USCIS using I-130 for Immediate family. But you need to get your case resolved first.
