To get information on Medical Test for the USA Visa

My wife is a DV winner from Sri Lanka and currently she is pregnant. We scheduled a medical appointment yesterday, and the panel physician told her to not to do the X-Ray even with the shield and the Vaccinations due to pregnancy.
I want to get to know whether the medical is complete without the Chest-Xray for her. And is there any chance for visa refusal? Any other possibilities like delaying the visa issuance till the delivery etc. ?

Your wife must have an x-ray in order for the doctor to sign off on the medical exam.

No x-ray = no medical exam sign off = no visa.

Your wife must complete everything by September 30, 2016. If you delay past this point, then you will not be able to immigrate to the US.

What is the panel doctor's concern? Lots of pregnant women get x-rays. Does he/she know that without an x-ray, you guys can not immigrate to the US?

As a DV lottery winner, she must finish everything before September 30, 2016.
