I have a few questions. Does the USA grant asylum to people who are terrorist by mentalhomes.

This is what has happened:
I met a witch he was my neighbour. One night I have a dream where he and his wife speaks/chants a strange language. Then my solar plexus vibrates.
Ever since there has been a fear in my solar plexus where it vibrates.
In the time after/Doctors have kept me chemical prisoner. They alway get stuff to happen so I get arrested. a neighbour or someone calls the police for me standing outside someone s house to fix my car. It`s the future.
At the same time I was offered these drums called drums from hell....the witch is doing hell offcoarce! My life is in hell danger and the doctors find sleeping all day is treatment/eating in bed.....The doctors are a hell danger to me.

What would be the best way to get into the usa and start over/work/life it all.
Would the usa grant asylum? The police protects the witch and the doctors. find negative in all I do to fight me. For 13 years. life has been horror.
I want to work again/start life over without arrestations every 2 years.
