Canadian political victim seeking refugee status in the United States

I am a Canadian political victim. The federal government, the Ontario government and CPA group have destroyed my life through internet defamation since 2009 and another defamatory libel published since 2015. They want me dead because they have engaged in criminal activities against my parents and me. They are constantly shaming me on the internet in order to make sure that I will never find another job and die. I have been without sustainable employment since 2012.

I would like to be able to apply for political refugee status before I cross the border. I do not like surprises.

Is that possible? If yes, how does it work?
