Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to apply in the DV program, me and my family members (my sister and my parents), but we are not intending to immigrate or have no plans for immigration at the moment. But we are applying so that if we won in the DV program and then got the visa that we may be able to enter/leave US easily without having to obtain visas each time. Most of our thoughts is to travel for visiting and/or medical checkup or treatment. Of course, maybe if for any reasons we decided later to live there we could. So is it reasonable to apply for green card for these reasons? does anyone else have such reasons that are not intended for immigration?
We currently live in our home country. I know applying for DV program does not mean we have a visa and I know perhaps not all my family members win or get the visa later.. because everyone would be applying separately as me and my sister are older than 21 years old.
All insights and opinions are much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
