I have received the Form I-797C, after I filed the Asylum case with Form I-589 to USCIS. I have passed the Biometrics and I was stamped into the Form I-797C.
1) Right now, my previous status has already expired, and now I have a question, in what status am I right now? And what proving documentation USCIS can provide me with, to prove that I am staying in the United States legally during my period of waiting for the interview (except of Form I-797C)?
2) I wanted to know, what will happen next, and what is my case status after passing biometrics and will there be any further actions I need to do before applying for working authorization with the help of Form I-765.
3) Will there be any changes in my electronic I-94?
Best regards,
