Hello,
I recently went to a photographer and i took this photo of myself:
The original photo resolution is: 3000x4496 pixels and it seemed pretty clear to me
I uploaded the photo into the DV-Lottery photo tool, and cropped it to this 600x600pixels version:
But i noticed that the cropped image looked slightly "pixelated" or blurry around the eyes and other parts, from what you see, will the photo be accepted or rejected for the DV-Lottery?
