Hello! I want to apply for Green Card Lottery Program DV 2019, but I don’t actually understand one thing.
I was born on December 5, 2000, so I’m sixteen now and I go to high school at the moment. And in June, 2019 (which is still the time for entering the United States), I’m going to graduate from it.
So the question is: am I allowed to participate now in Green Card lottery, bearing in mind that I’ll have my High School ended by the middle 2019 so I can enter USA after that time?
And if I’m not, does that mean that I’ll be disqualified immediately or I can try myself on the interview at U.S. consular office?
