Hello everyone,
Can i add my fiance to my case while I'm still waiting for a hearing? he is from Ukraine and filed his case 2 years ago but never had an interview yet. I filed for a political asylum (Kazakhstan) 5.5 years ago, had an interview 3 years ago and waiting for a hearing now (in 3 months). i met my fiance in US a year ago and planing on getting married. If we will do so within a month or so, will i be able to add him to my case? - the reason is i dont want him to wait for another 3-4 years to get the status(if not longer considering current delays). i just want us to concentrate on our family.
