Change of Interview Location

I'm an Iranian student currently living in Toronto-Canada on a study permit. My DV winning notice says "Post: Ankara"(Turkey).

I was wondering if I can request to have the interview here in Canada rather than in Turkey.

Yes, if you have been living in Canada legally for more than 6 months you can request to have your Consular Interview in Montreal.
