What can I expect after the interview?
I just got my interview and the officer asked me for an additional documentation. I am under status as an H1B visa holder until September but he told me that if I was denied I should not have the right to go in front to of the judge? I left the interview with a huge question mark because I do not know what the outcome would be. Is there any way to have an idea? -

Allowing my writ petitions, Delhi High Court passed an order thereby setting aside the orders of passport authority putting the passport of the petition under PAC category for five years for applying political asylum in a foreign country. This judgment would bring relief to thousand of applicants especially from Punjab who cannot apply for passport for 5 years as they had applied for political asylum in a foreign country. rule of law prevails.Originally posted by immihelp View Post
