My husband and I just had our fingerprints done I-600A in Reno at the USCIS. We are trying to complete and have our packet in the Ukraine before the quota for adoptions from the US has been met and we are forced to wait until next year. They (Ukraine) would also then require anything that was done 6 months prior to be redone. I realize that we are not the only people in an adoption situation, but perhaps our timeline in unique at this point and am wondering if there is a way to expedite the process. We have already done our fingerprint on the state and local level here in Reno, NV. If you have any insights or advise please let me know. Thank you so much for your time.
