    Asylum For Students

    Hi there,
    I am a student who just got denied for H2B visa. My two options are either go to graduate school or file for asylum but I am not sure what to do. I have few questions.

    1) Is it ok to apply for asylum after geting denied for H2B?
    2) If, knock on wood, I get denied for asylum do I need to go back home or can I join master and be in F1 Status..
