hello. i am sudanese young man, i did apply for asylum in USA and waiting my first interview on 4 Feb 2008. please could u advice me which areas i can focus on it and frame of intervies. please find my case under

Detention of June 27, 2007 I came to my office(company) normally and I was alone as all my co-workers had assignment that put them outside of the office. At about 12:00 pm, the security officers came in and asked me to go with them . I did not disagree or rejeted bucause on 26 detened director of SAYD . I gave up and went with them after they blindfolded my eyes. At their office, I met the same officer, who ordered them to beat me and take me to him. At his office he repeated the same questions about the Organization activities with the USAID and the Norwegian Church Aid and why they did they concentrated on the South and Darfur refugees? And why they dealing with the Christian- Muslim dialogue topic specifically? And what did they receive from these organizations? What is their relationship with the Darfurian movements and the groups opposed the Kajbar dam. To these same questions, I gave my same responses. I refused to answer their questions without specific charge and appearance of a lawyer. Then he started to beat me and threatened me by stopping me from my work from the organization and he said that they will kill me and ordered me to be beaten and then they took me to Omdurman; it was about 7:00pm and release me .

On 6/29/07, I was arrested by force from the SAYD OFFICE when i was parpareing report of a a workshop concerning the Youth leader, UN Resolution 1325 and violence against women in Darfur, which hold on 28 June . Around three security officers came and asked about the person who cooperated on corrdination the workshop, and when he learned it was me, he asked me to go with them. I refused to go with them at the beginning, until they showed their ID and they forced me to go with them. They put me in the car and again strongly blindfolded my eyes. At their offices, I was beaten harshly and faced harassments and was threatened that I would be killed and also was told that if I talked about raping and violence against women in Darfur, they will rape my sisters and my co-worker. After that, they took me to another office where I was investigated by another officer who asked me about my relations to foreign organizations operating in Sudan. They asked about the money we had received from them to prepare for these workshop. They asked about who was planning for the worship; about why the youth of Darfur and the Refugee camps were the first concern of the workshop; and also they asked me if I believe that there is rape in Darfur? My answer was yes, all the world knows about the rape in Darfur. On June 30, 2007 I was threatened by death, torture and detention if I organize any further activities related to Darfur like that. At this time, I was detained for about 10 hours; between 6:00pm to3:00 am.

    Okay my brother
