I am assisting a relative with seeking legal help that is in the process of being deported back to Mexico. He will soon be scheduled to meet with the US Immigration/Naturalization Judge on this case. The date of the court hearing is unconfirmed. He does not hold a steady income as his immigration status in the U.S. is without proper documentation not allowing him to maintain stable employment. Do you think you can help?
I could not sleep at all last night with the thought that he may soon be back in Mexico where his own Father was murdered. For this reason, he himself runs at an extremely high risk if deported anytime soon. Also, Mr. Lopez will soon be leaving his children behind in California. I recently filed for bankruptcy this past year and cannot afford an attorney and I am in desperate need for legal assistance on this case.
He is seeking political asylum or withholding of removal from the U.S.. He and his family have experienced harm, mistreatment and threats in the past that resulted in the death of his Father. Mr. Lopez seeks immediate legal assistance on submitting an "Application for Asylum" and will need an assigned Attorney to spearhead his case.
