I am on H4 visa in Us and my husband is on H1 visa. My place of birth is Bahrain but cictizen of India. I have completed my 12th in Bahrain under CBSE syllabus. My husband's place of birth is India. Can we enter the lottery system in his name and if we win can he enter me as a derivative.?Will I need my educational qualifications if I am a deriviative? Can I also enter separately in my name, considering my educational quialifications?If I win, what documents or requiremnents do I need to further complete the process?. thank u soooo much. please reply ASAP.
