Dear Sir /Madam,
Could I ask for your kind advice ? Me, my wife and our child came to US this March by DV visa. Our Visa is extended for 1 year at port of entry. After 2 weeks we received here a welcome notice from Immigration with our A numbers. We have also applied and wait for SSN. My wife has to go back home at the end of this month to Deutchland for 3 months that our kid completes his school year and to make other unfinished arrangements.
My question is what do my wife and son need to have inorder not to have any problem during reentry to US after 3 months? (we donot have yet SSN and Green Card)
