Dear Immihelp.com:
I have a quick question regarding EB-5 immigrant investor visa application. If the EB-5 visa applicant applies for the EB-5 visa to invest in a specified business, but after the application is submitted, decides that he wants to invest in another business instead, is that permissible?
For instance, an EB-5 submits his EB-5 visa application form stating that he will invest in business "A." After he submits his application, he later decides that he wants to invest in business "B" instead and does so. Is that permissible, or must he submit another application, etc?
Thank you for your prompt and courteous assistance.
