I am winner of DV-2009 lottory and applied for adjustment of status. After my finger print was taken on April 20 , I recieved a letter for interview 6 days later and I went for interview June 3. after interview that took 15 min the immigarion officer (in NYC) told they would make a decision within 60 days after they review my file. I recieved the authorization for employment card june 8. My question is back ground check (name check) has already done or file review means back ground check needs to be done before they can meake a decision on my case?
