DV Visa/ Need to finish Study

I had won the DV Visa. i will go usa next month. But in my country I'm not finish my university course. i think i will finish in 2.5 yr my visa will expire in jan 2010. i also wanna to finish my university.

What shall i do? Plz give some advice sir. thanks you so much !!!!!

You can go to the US, get the greencard, apply for reentry permit and go
back to your country to finish university.
