Greetings. I am 27, Single, by Profession Church Priest and in USA for the last 15 days. I am on B1/B2 Visa whereas on post Immigration Officer permitted me to remain 3 months on B1 visa. I am from Pakistan and I fear while going back and join my Church which is in Gojra where Christian Town was burnt by Muslims and they also filed FIR against our Bishop John Samuel and 127 unnamed Church employees like me.
What do you suggest shall I apply asylum. Am I appropriate one for this benefit? Is hiring a lawyer is must because I have learnt they take a lot of money and I don’t have money. Please reply.
