my fiance came to US 1 yr back and is granted asylum ,I came to US with B1/B2 visa our marriage is in a week time.does the marriage gives me any legal immigrant status?

Not right now, there is long line you got to wait,maybe 4,5 years!
But you can file your i-485 after he get citizenship.it also got to wait 4,5 years!
