Please advise on US DV visa

I was refused the DV Visa because of the spouse date of birth mistake between the Electronic Form and The Printed Papers (which is the correct date) mentioned the reason of Biographical Discrepancy under Section 212(a)(5)(A).

Can you advise me about this.
