Hi,
I applied for asylum inmay 2009 and got fingerprinted and interviewd in 3 months. I was told by IO that decision will be mailed to you in 2 weeks. Its now Jan 2010 no response nothing at all and never tried for info pass or walk in for update on case status. What you guys thing is going on with my application. To my understanding if they wanted to reject the claim they would have done it long time ago or they would have reffered me to IJ right after my interview. But no response after interview is not cleared to me. I need your opinion guys.
Also you share your expeirences regarding other issue like "education while your case is pending"
EAD after 150 Days
Renewal of EAD etc
