Does anyone know all of these abbreviations. We have USCIS, CPB, ICE, EOIR (not sure of this one). Who determines bars received (i.e. 3 yr, 5yr, and 10 yr)? Which one of these abbreviated agencies?
So many damn agencies and most of them don't even know the law or communicate with each other. Will a bar show on a FOIA request and how long does it take to get it?
