Withdrawal of pending asylum application

Hello,

I have a pending asylum application with the uscis office since 2017. I got married to a us citizen in mid 2018, put in 1-30 and I-485 by mid 2019. Now i would like to withdraw the asylum application. Can anyone who has similar experience or who is knowledgeable about this topic share some sample letter and/or fitting reason for withdrawal. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You don't have to withdraw it. they will automatically cancel it when they see that you have a green card. However, I advise you not to return to your home country; otherwise they probably won't naturalize you
