We will be traveling to Brazil in order to finalize an adoption of a child. I need to understand that the DS 230 only needs to be completed for the immigrant/adoptive child. And I need to make sure that we, (my husband and I) do not have to complete individual forms for us. I think I am confused, because it says each member of the family has to complete the form. Please clarify and thanks.
