Hello,
If one has been employed as an Engineer in the United States on a STEM basis, which was APPROVED by the USCIS, is it a problem if the employer is related to Cannabis?
Once again, the USCIS approved the STEM and STEM extension applications under this employer. Can that fact nevertheless pose a threat for the Diversity Visa interview or DS-260 application processing? If yes, should one change the employer or what are the best options to proceed?
Thank you very much!
