Hello!
A friend of mine who is In the USA right now, wants to apply for asylum in the US, CA. He has a political background which enables him to get a status of a political refugee. However, his parents and relatives live in Azerbaijan, Baku. So, I wonder, if he accepted as a refugee will he have a right to visit (for a short time being) his parents/relatives in his motherland?
One more thing; where I can get information about the rights of political refugees?
