Last week I lost my brother in Tamilnadu due to Covid. His wife was deceased two years before. They have a kid at the age of 17. He is alone now. I want to bring him to US. Myself and my family members are citizen in US. The adoption age limit is 16 years. How to get the kid to US? Please advise in the right direction.
