Applying to Children

I was divorced 8 years ago before applying to DV lottery ,
My Ex holding the custody to my children and no where to be found
applied as a single
i won and came to US about 10 month ago
now , My Ex returned the children to my family
Can I apply to bring my children now or this will cause me a problem with the immigration ?
