B2/Asylum
Hello
I was recently in States and had applied for Asylum while being on a B2 Visitors visa.
Now i left because after 6 months my visa was to be expired and i did not want to break any rules and be deported and since we didnt hear anything from our asylum case as i went to the social office and they said there was no where on system of any such asylum case or alien status so i unwillingly returned to my country and facing alot of problems. after one week i get an email that my case was accepted and now the question is what can i do? Will my B2 visa still be okay to travel back on to states? so that i can take the asylum?
