I sat the citizenship interview before, passed the test but I was disqualified due to a 1975 case, a ruling that said I shouldn’t have come to the US before the principal applicant. I were not eligible for admission as a lawful permanent resident unless I were traveling with or after the principal lottery winner, my mother. As a result, I did not lawfully acquire lawful permanent resident status and are therefore ineligible for naturalization and also subject to removal proceedings . I need help. What should I do?
