Hi everyone,
If I was married to a US citizen a couple of years ago (2018), and then we divorced - without applying for/starting any immigration procedure - what should I select as my marital status for the DV application?
I consider myself single, and I know that legally it's 'ok' to consider oneself single even though he/she is divorced.
I am just not sure what to select... ? Advice? I am not lying by selecting 'single' but I am not sure if they want to know in general whether, at some point in life, you were married or divorced ????
