Hi,
I've been selected for the DV lottery 2011, I sent the forms and photos required and I had a notice from the Kentucky Consular that my case was current.
I would like to know how I can find out when I'll be scheduled for an interview. I don't understand how to read the visa bulletin and the numbers given. For October, the allocation cut-off number for Europe is 9600 does that mean that all the case numbers between 1 and 9600 will be schedule for an interview in October?
