Asylum denied/Wife won DV Lottery

Hi,

I've living in US for 2 years,I filled an application for asylum,my asylum case has been denied and sent before an immigration judge,and still I have to go through an interview at the court.So my situation is still pending.The point now is that,my wife which is not in US but in my country won the DV 2011.We filled all the form requested.My question is this am I elegible for the adjustment of status since I'm a derivative what can I do,with a pending asylum case and with my wife as a winner of the DV 2011?
