DV lottery Eligibility- Indian passport holder- Born and Living in UAE

Hi,

I am an Indian passport holder but was born and have been living in UAE for quiet sometime. I have been in US for my engineering and also worked there. I have a valid US visit visa at the moment since I was born in UAE (which is an eligible country)

I would like to know if I qualify in DV lottery visa 2012.

Yes, you can apply. The eligibility is determined by the location where you were born. The subsequent citizenship does not matter. You were born in UAE, hence you are eligible. Good luck!
