No last name on passport/DV Lottery

My surname not mentioned in passport. Is it compulsory to enter in
dvlottery

Enter given name as surname. And put given name as FNU.

In the online Form of DV lottery 2012 it shows (a) Last/Family, (b) First
Name, (c) Middle Name.

As my name mentioned on passport and educational certificates is :
K **** * K **** as Given Name and surname left blank in passport. Kindly
advice how to enter in Dv lottery 2012.
