DV 2022: Post that is accepting case transfers?

Hello all,


Is anyone aware of any consulate or embassy in any country that is accepting case transfers? Preferably in Asia or Europe. I have contacted around 15 embassies in Europe, and they are all too busy like the one in my home country, so I am unable to have my interview even though my case has been current since April.
