transfering the case to different state?
Hello Sir/Madam
I had recently asylum - individual hearing in New York that i was waiting for a long long time. The judge rescheduled it to may 2012, that is 1 and a half year more from now on. i had many witnesses, but the judge did not want to have the hearing that day. I was about to move to Ohio right after the court. But now this happened, i am wondering. is there any possibilities to transfer my case to Ohio and just wait. if yes, what do u think, how long this process will take me. like other people, i am tired of this waiting. i am waiting for my court allready 4 years and do not want to wait again in NY, i better have different place with different judge. thank u all for understanding and would appreciate your help, bye
