Hello,
My spouse (asylee granted) applied for I-730 since 2007 for me but our case was on hold since than. My spouse applied for GC and last two weeks, his case of GC was approved but my I-730 is still pending.
As my main goals is to work, I'll like my I-730 to be approved and not disqualify. If disqualify, I'll have to apply for I-130 (not able to work), will take years and than apply for I-485 to be able to request an EAD and after others months, start to work.
According to you, what will happen with my I-730 case ?
