H1B Transfer to another company

Hi

My H1B got approved with a start date of June 24th 2011 with company A,but I just received an offer from company B and I would like to join company B.Obviously I have never been paid by company A,so will there be any complication for me to transfer my H1B from company A to B? What are the things I should keep in mind.please advise.
