My friend from Russia entered the US in May 2023 under DT Parole. He then filed the form I-589 with the court. He has his first hearing in December in Los Angeles. He said he keeps hearing stories with negative outcomes, as in, the judges place people in removals / deny cases. Does anyone know anything about it?
