Hi,
I have a question. My friend and her family filed for Asylum, their case was denied.
She has two daughters who were born here, one is 9 years old and the younger one is 20 months old.
She is now divorced and she does have a valid working permit.
Please advise what should she do so she can remove the “removal / deportation proceeding” and stay here in US as a legal immigrant.
